She recommended deep cleaning as the first step and answered all my questions patiently. She is very professional, and I felt well cared for during my visit. Dr. Kwon did an excellent job with my deep cleaning. He stepped in at the last minute due to a staff emergency, and I truly appreciated his care and professionalism. The anesthetic injection was so gentle that I felt no pain at all, which really put me at ease. He was calm, thorough, and made the whole experience much more comfortable than I expected. I’m very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him.
