DLC Pediatrics

I've been taking my daughter here since she was born and ever since Dr Garza has not been as available, patient service has completely declined. My main issue is with PA Kim. Last year I had a huge issue with her continuously diagnosing my daughter with an ear infection and prescribing different antibiotics that weren't kicking it because she was congested, coughing and stuffy. Mind you, my daughter did not complain or any ear pain, nor did she have any fever or discharge. I told her she needed a steroid for her nebulizer because she was sick 3 weeks by that point. I do not like this antibiotic back and forth so I took her to my PCP for a second opinion where she didn't have a an ear infection at all, and I got the steroid from the Dr prescribed and she got better in 3 days. Our family is grateful for the compassionate and professional service provided by Dr. Garza and his team. From the moment we walk through the front door, the staff greets you with a smile. Ms. Jennifer is the best PA—her thorough and gentle manner. I highly recommend DLC Pediatrics. Our family is blessed to have their care, and yours will too.

Dr Garza is nice and has good bedside manners, but is never available as per staff. As far as his assistant Jennifer, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !! Some of the staff is great, others not good at all. There needs to be better training for the front office staff and the office definitely needs better management. I regret choosing this office for my kids.

We appreciate that Dr. Garza takes his time with every visit. He’s knowledgeable and respects our decision(s) as parents. We could not be happier with our Daughter’s Pediatrician. Highly recommend DLC Pediatrics.
