After living in Texas for 2 years and bouncing between different dental offices, even with insurance- I struggled to find a dentist who was truly honest and transparent. That all changed with my first visit here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office itself was spotless, modern, and organized, something I immediately appreciated. But what stood out most was the honesty. As they walked me through my treatment plan, everything was explained thoroughly, with no pressure or unnecessary procedures pushed on me. I genuinely felt they had my best interest at heart. They seems to have changed hands after COVID I had a tooth removed, they told me I could get two implants, then didn’t tell me when I had the surgery they wouldn’t do 2 only one. The. Referred me to an oral surgeon. Long story short, 18 months, $6k, 4 surgeries and I’m still no closer to having the work completed than before. They blame other people instead of working towards a solution. And then fail to call you back. Now stuck working with Texas State Board of Dental Examiners for resolution

My overall experience has been a good one. The facility is clean and the staff is nice. However, if you ever call outside of business hours; they have the most unprofessional and generic voice message. They don’t provide hours of operation, don’t thank you for calling, etc. They simply say the name of the company and ask you to leave a message as if this is someone’s personal phone line. An extremely unprofessional voicemail to use for conducting business in my opinion.

December 11th 2023. I am hoping to write a great review, however, at this point I am uncomfortable because my temporary crown has come off. I guess I swallowed it, because I have no idea where it is. It was challenging to get the full head XRay for some reason the machine would not work of the first visit attempt. I think it worked the second visit, second attempt. I had a small blister on my lip after my first visit to have the temporary crown installed, but after the deep cleaning, which went well, the same crown was removed during the cleaning and replaced. That is the temporary that is now lost. I am not upset or dissatisfied with Dr. Vu, she is a compassionate and gentle dentist, I am just expressing my feelings, hopefully, she will get this situation corrected soon. December 12th 2

I never write reviews but, Dr. Vu and her Dental Assistant, Christina, were incredible to me. I hadn't been to the dentist in five years, and I had six cavities needing fillings over three separate appointments. Absolutely zero pain or discomfort. Dr. Vu and Christina were so happy and kind every time. She always checked to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I've never had such a great experience at a dentist. Seriously the best.
