I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Angie and it was honestly one of the best massages I have ever had. I came in with a lot of lower back pain and left feeling 100% better. Angie used a heating pad to warm up my muscles first, which made a huge difference and helped my body relax right away. She was very professional and clearly very knowledgeable. She checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure felt right, and she adjusted it immediately when I asked. I really appreciated how mindful she was about making sure the massage was effective without being painful.
