Poor Front Desk Management Wasted My Time I chose this dermatology office intentionally while building a new healthcare team this year after not seeing a doctor for several years. I specifically sought out Black women providers and, after researching online and on social media, felt confident scheduling with Dr. Cornelius. Unfortunately, the office’s administrative staff made it impossible for me to receive care. From the beginning, communication was lacking. When I called to schedule my appointment, the phone rang for an extended period with no answer, and I had to leave a voicemail. Someone eventually returned my call and booked me as a new patient, yet they did not collect my insurance information beyond confirming that I had insurance. No new patient paperwork was sent in advance.

Without a doubt, the best dermatologist you could be with. The staff is unbelievably professional and courteous. Dr. Cornelius goes above and beyond her duties to ensure that patients get every question answered and every possible avenue for a desired outcome explored. She does not just schedule appointments run in and run out. She wants you to enjoy your experience and your health daily. No other place you should go and they’ll be no other place where you get the quality of care Dr Cornelius gives.

The staff were so kind, welcoming, and professional. From the front desk, to the assisting nurse/tech, and the doctor as well. My visit started on time and was within a reasonable time frame, no long waiting for the doctor or anything like that. This was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back. I used insurance to pay and didn’t have any issues with my co-pay or services. In and out in under an hour.

I had an amazing appointment at Divine Dermatology & Aesthetics. The office was spotless, welcoming, and very well organized. The provider took time to explain everything clearly and gave thoughtful, personalized recommendations without feeling rushed or pushy. I felt comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality care in a clean, professional environment.
