Diversified Hearing & Rehabilitation Services

I recently had an audiology exam done by Angela at the Orchard Park office. She was very professional and performed a complete evaluation . I have always felt well taken care of at Diversified . The office is comfortable and the receptionist is welcoming. I have recommended Angela and the Orchard Park office to friends that require a hearing evaluation knowing that they will receive professional services .

I have deleted my previous review, with some trepidation. To me: Customer Service is synonymous with Patient Care. My insurance carrier is telling me one thing and Diversified is saying something different. No one is taking responsibility and not a single apology. The prior authorization for my hearing aids expired on May 31, 2025, a new authorization was not requested until June 30, 2025. So to me, I obviously fell through the cracks, and was forgotten about. (I also know I am not there only patient). Until I blew up Diversified phones calling every number I could find. I admit I was loud, rude and belligerent. But, after not hearing anything for 2 1/2 month, and not a single word from Diversified, I was quite upset. Hopefully, the issue is resolved, but I will not know that for

Approximately one year ago I was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. I had symptoms for several years but just tried to work my way through. It has been very difficult as the Alzheimer’s has advanced. I was referred to Diversified Hearing by my neurologist. I made an appointment with Lauren Calabrese. Lauren has taught me how to make my life easier. She has shown me how to overcome obstacles. She has made my life better by being very patient, understanding and professional. I can’t even begin to describe all she has done to help. She goes above and beyond for me. She has done more good and worked tirelessly to support me. Lauren has spent her own time researching things to help. She is very well educated and knowledgeable about the disease. I am so glad I finally made an appointment! I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at the Hamburg office, especially Dr. Carrie Cline. Felt extremely comfortable talking with her and asking questions. They exceeded my expectations in finding me the right type of aids. They have changed my life and increased my confidence to go out into the world. Do not hesitate to reach out to this wonderful team!

December 11, 2023 I took my 84 year old father in to have his hearing aids for his follow up Our assistant explained to me exactly what the functions are, and what is available for his new hearing aids, she explained and educated myself so that now I can do a better job to help my father, hear more clearly, and able to adjust some of the options for him since his hands don’t have the feeling that they had in his younger years. I just wanted to give a word to say that the woman who worked with my father is incredible on all levels. Very educated complete understanding of the product and her people skills blew me away.
