Had my first appointment yesterday. I am so pleased with the treatment and testing. No one ever took so much time, so much effort to explain me everything. To figure out why I have a Tinnitus and what I can do against it. The hours I spent there were so calming and relaxing. Again, I never made such a great experience in a medical Office. Great Service with very gentle and friendly employees. Looking forward for my next appointment

I have been a patient of Susan Roberts at the Lockport office for a few years now and have been very happy. She is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The current receptionist, Wendy is wonderful and makes everything easy for me. I would recommend this practice for anyone with a hearing problem.

Absolutely love this place. They have been amazing with my son and all his tests. They work with them and give them the time they need and make the kids feel comfortable and not scared. I have used them a couple of times and it’s so great that the whole staff is pleasant and accomdating to not only the kids but the parents as well

Vanity made me resistant to hearing aids but Susan made me a believer. She made me comfortable and at ease. Between her and Kelly it became a smooth and easy experience and now I am a believer with great working hearing aids and a fantastic support team.
