District Urgent Care

This clinic is very unorganized and unprofessional. I go to the website to check if my mother-in-law and father-in-law can get a covid test for travel and the site says they offer free covid testing. I make an appointment online and when I arrive they tell me that the covid tests are no longer free. I tell the person at the clinic that the site says free covid testing and he tells me that it must be an IT error because they no longer offer free covid testing. Also, it is located in a sketchy area next to a liquor store. I do not recommend this clinic and I will longer be going there.

Registered and arrived a few minutes prior to 9am. Door was locked and gate was down. I have been outside for over 20 minutes and no sign of opening and no one answers the phone. I’ve seen others comments on the fact that the “hours” really don’t mean anything and they will be open or closed at a whim.

I had an positive experience at District Urgent Care. The staff was very professional, and the office was organized and clean. Myself and five of my children became ill, and I must have called around to ten + urgent care offices to be seen, and they either didn't take our insurance or they were booked up for days. When I called the Georgia Ave location, my children, and I were sick and we needed to be seen asap. The doctor was very kind to take us last minute and scheduled us an hour later. Once we arrived there, we had to be tested for covid ( and I'm glad they have that in place) that extra measure to kept myself, my children and other patients safe from exposure. Super impressed with this new Urgent Care on Georgia ave! The space is super clean and the staff is super friendly and attentive to your needs and care. My service was quick I did not have to wait long. The doctor was super informative about every procedure she had to do to take care of my wound. Super thankful for all their help!

Always welcoming and pleasant stuff from the front desk to the PA .The PA was wonderful she explained everything nicely, listened carefully and gave excellent recommendations. She was very caring and had empathy with very good communication skills. She is very personable and compassionate to your needs and concerns. I have been there several times and always had a wonderful experience . Highly recommend them. Fast but kind & compassionate
