Distinctive Dentistry of Bend Oregon

Like many people, I don't particularly care to go to the dentist. I do so regularly as part of the necessary evil to keep my teeth & gums healthy. Over the last 50 years I've been to several dentists but end up leaving for any given reason; I didn't feel cared about, always felt sales pressure or I just felt the quality didn't live up to the price. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to see Dr. Mingus and his staff. I had an initial exam, a crown, a filling, a cleaning and a whitening service. I was in the office for nearly 5 hours and I didn't mind one bit. Dr. Mingus was relaxed and engaging. His staff were caring and very attentive. I love Distinctive Dentistry! Dr. Kelley Mingus is a very personable and caring dentist that looks out for patient and the health of your teeth. I liked that you get the whole picture of what is needed but no real hard sell and you can chose to complete all the work or space it out over time. His staff are friendly and welcoming and follow up if there is any type of concern on the patient's part. My hygienist, Sierra is patient with me in my cleanings and always let's me know what she is going to do before just going about the cleaning. I have recommended them to many of my friends in the community and give them a top rating for courtesy and customer satisfaction.

Dr. Kelley Mingus and his staff at Distinctive Dentistry are so amazing!!! The office was welcoming, caring, and kind. My entire experience was pleasant and I feel at ease while having services done. Customer service was excellent and efficient!!! I live in Portland, but I will only drive over to Bend to see Dr. Mingus and his staff for any of my dental services. They deserve 6 stars!!!!! -HH

Before visiting Dr Kelly Mingus @ Distinctive Dentistry I had developed a bad phobia of going to the dentist. I had a bad experience at another dental office in town and have very sensitive teeth that made dental exams and cleanings painful. After three years of avoiding the dental chair, I decided it was time to try again. I made an appointment with Distinctive Dentistry and from the very first phone call was impressed with the way they treated me. They were compassionate and made me feel like they really cared about my experience. When I went for my appointment Janet and Tanya were amazing and really made me feel calm and comfortable. Kelley and his staff have been amazing every time I visit! I have been to several dental offices in Bend and I will definitely be staying with Dr. Mingus. His unique approach to cosmetic dentistry was exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommended!
