I had a great 1st experience. Even with having medical conditions that caused some odd questions and concerns, they were addressed kindly and kept in mind during procedure. I had some anxiety and the staff did their best to help me feel comfortable. From the negative reviews I've read, I've experienced the opposite. The waiting room is being updated, they have earpieces to communicate with one another, and they write out a treatment plan that requires a signature before anything is done. They do indeed read the reviews and directly address the concerns of them. I really appreciate the extra effort knowing now how hard they're working to improve their office even though they are already a really good dentist office.

The office was able to help us in a painful situation within hours of calling even though we had never been a patient previously. We arrived and all of the office girls were very kind and friendly. The dentist was top notch and help me immensely. My whole family will be moving to this office as the experience was great! The dentist was so understanding and very friendly.

I will not go back. Left before having my teeth cleaned which was the purpose of my visit. Too many x-rays with large contraptions in your mouth. And then it continued with a large hard wand type thing to take more pictures. Ended with a condescending hygienist. No customer service. Did not take client's wants into consideration. I just kept hearing, "the doctor wants this." I have never had so many uncomfortable devices forced in my mouth to take x-rays. A complete waste of time.

My visit to Distinctive Dental Solutions went as I expected. I certainly waited too long to return but that was my own fault. However, I was greeted kindly as I expected and was taken right in and received a very warm welcome and wonderful service. I would always recommend them to anyone.

Thank you so much for getting me in to see Dr. little so quickly. He diagnosed my problem and I've been washing my mouth with the medicine and feel it is improving. Your compassion and knowledge exceeds all my expectations.
