Distinctive Dental Services

I have been to this place several times over the years. The staff is friendly, and the clinic is clean and orderly. The service is great. Very honest and professional doctor and team. I recommend this place.

I went here many years ago for a root canal. They did the root canal and when they told me how much the crown would be I went elsewhere as it was too expensive. When the dentist realized this, he walked out of the room while I was mid sentence. The second situation was with my daughter, 4 at the time. She complained her tooth hurt, I took her there and it turned out she had a canker sore. I was shamed and called stupid for not realizing it was a canker sore. I walked out crying. Now, many years later, that tooth broke (that’s not on them) however while getting the work done, my new dentist pulled out pieces of their broken tools that have been in my gums/roots this whole time, my tooth has never felt right and now I know why. Best experience I’ve had at a dentist. Dr Dan is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They were able to do the checkup, cleaning and fillings in one visit. Determined that I didn’t need to replace a crown like Aspen dental had suggested.

I can not say enough great things about this office! I called for an appointment and they were able to see me the next morning. I am a new patient to this office. I have new insurance that most places don't take. I thought I had several issues including some tooth decay. It had been over 3 years since my last cleaning and exam. Everyone was kind and welcoming. They spoke to me like I was a friend or family member but still kept it professional. The dental assistant is really great at taking x-rays which is a skill that takes some professionals many years to perfect. X-rays can be uncomfortable and awkward but she made it tolerable. Five stars for Dr Dan & especially the dental assistants. Dr Dan is great about explaining whatever he does & why he does it. The dental assistants are so nice and do a great job! We are a bit apprehensive with dentists in general because of past bad experiences with other dentists, but they definitely helped me feel comfortable despite past traumatic experiences. Some of the receptionists aren't so great though, just adequate. (But, they aren't working on my teeth, so I don't really care about that). I'd give the front desk three stars; there's room for improvement.
