MEDICAID PATIENTS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME While this company was previously reliable, with appointments their current service standards have become ridiculous. Thery DO NO have appointment availability for Medicaid patients, and the company has failed to provide a clear explanation for this change. Furthermore, direct phone scheduling is no longer an available option, making it increasingly difficult to coordinate necessary care. I wanted to bring these significant issues to your attention to ensure others are aware of this company

Usually have great experiences, but today a customer service person admitted that they prioritize Medicare and Medicaid patients. Those patients get booked by corporate partners for days or even weeks in advance. This leaves little, if any open appointments for individuals (who only get 48hrs access). There is no point even trying anymore. They do not book appointments over the phone, and the website will never show you an open slot. Time to find a new healthcare provider.

I would not recommend this service again unless it was literally the only option in town. One half of the team was pushy, impatient and quick to try to silence me, the patient. The other person? They were plagued by equipment problems and distracted, firing off rude questions that had nothing to do with my medical conditions. My regular team of home nurses had to undo all the errors Dispatch’s team made.

I’ve tried over 50 times to get someone to come out within 6 months and they are always booked. Haven’t been available once. I had major surgery and it’s hard for me to leave my house. But still— never available ever. It’s frustrating.

Dispatch Health is awesome. They have saved my life in the past. Dec 21 2021. I had Covid..was in the hospital / rehab for 3mo. This recent team was great, i would recommend Dispatch health to friends & family..Thank you..
