Discover Smiles feels more like a family than my dentist. The office ladies are so kind and understanding when I have had last min reschedules and always so welcoming. The back ladies take good care of me even when I'm being difficult with lots of questions. DR Raj is top notch and keeps it upfront even if I have another view in mind. He tells me all the options and allows me to decide. Doesn't hurry through his time with me. He knows how to calm my anxiety. He truly is amazing dentist. I had an awful experience at this place. I was referred for sleep apnea and the front office sat on my paperwork for 6 months. After multiple attempts to figure out the status, I was told that they had been bought out, but I was welcome to pay cash price for further services. No apology for wasting 6 months of my time. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

Great 1st visit to my new dentist! From walking through the door, you see a nice, clean waiting area, staff very friendly and professional, and the 'Doc' sat with me and explained my options and how we're going to take care of it....no sense of feeling rushed, or feeling like a payday for their business....it actually felt like they care about the future of my teeth....look forward to my next visit!🦷🦷

I scheduled an appointment over the phone and specifically confirmed that I could get my exam, X-rays, and cleaning done the same day. When I arrived, I was told the hygienists are never there on Mondays — which makes me question why I was scheduled for that day in the first place. I went ahead with the exam and X-rays, but the communication and care felt very unprofessional. I was told I have cavities but was not informed which teeth, how many surfaces, or shown anything on the X-rays. When I asked for clarification, I was brushed off and told to “go to my regular dentist” — which defeats the entire purpose since I recently moved here from Ohio and was trying to establish care with a new dentist. Overall, this visit felt disorganized, dismissive, and not patient-focused. The costs were
