I went here feeling sick. A pharmacist was nice enough to show me where they kept their COVID/ flu test. I waited in line in the front. I only had $100. The lady who was in line before me gave the cashier a $50 bill. I noticed the cashier had all the cortect change in his drawer. The cashier then told me he couldn't break a $100 bill and I knew was incorrect. He told me to go to the back of the store, where I just came from to get the correct change. The lady rang up my COVID/ flu test and handed me $5 back. $5?! I said? She said, oh hold on, calculated the change in her head, then gave me the correct change. For someone who's feeling dizzy, runny nose, cough and nausea, I would recommend going somewhere else where they can give you the correct change up from and then you can go home and r

The lady at the pharmacy with the white hair. She seems a little lost but is also very unpleasant. I waited in line and she was so nice to the first guy. Then the next girl went up and she told her she doesn’t have a prescription. The girl asked when it would be available and she took her information again and walked away. When she came back she told the girl that her phone number has been updated in the system. The girl, like myself, was confused and the lady looked at her and said “what is it you want”. I was taken back and impressed by the girls composure. Because I would have snapped at this lady. She is old and I hate to say it like that but that’s probably why this girl didn’t snap at her. It has just what you want. It has Russell Stover dark chocolate solid bunnies. I ate the last of "the woman who shall not be named" bunnie and was on my 2nd stop to find them. Success! Never eat the last of your wife's chocolate.

Worst pharmacy service I have ever seen in my life. I was in line for over 40 minutes the second time, the first time over 30 minutes. Also it took 8 hours to fill two prescriptions. I called to leave a complaint with the corporate office the first time and they called me back, but nothing was done. The second time I called yesterday, nobody has returned my call. And I have a over a 40 minute video of me standing in line with a bunch of other people waiting for their medications. And most of the people, their medications were not ready when they got up to their turn. I never want to go to this drugstore again for my prescriptions. I would rather drive all the way back to North Olmsted Drug Mart to get my medicine. And the fact that corporate ignores you, is another problem.
