Awesome as always. So glad I started my maintenance program back up. Truly works and a much healthier solution then back breaking surgery ( highly recommend NEVER do back surgery). Dr. Cifra is very honest on the best plan of care for your individual needs, but is not pushy in doing so and allows you to make your own decision and he back you up in doing so.

Dr. David is absolutely amazing!! Every time I go to the office, it's such an enjoyable experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the field, his patients, and his practice. He thoroughly explains everything and teaches the importance of chiropractic care. He is an expert in the field and I wouldn't go to any other chiropractor!

Disc Centers of America and Dr. Cifra have given me a chance to get my life back. Being in pain with a herniated disc and sciatica down my leg, without hope of getting better, is a terrible way to live. After my sessions with Dr. Cifra and spinal decompression the pain is nearly gone and I'm on the road to recovery. I see light at the end of the tunnel that I could not see before. Dr. Cifra is kind and truly cares about each patient and their healing process.

Dr. Cifra was excellent. Very professional and accommodating to each patient's needs. He helped to relieve me of pain that I've been holding onto for years! The man has healing hands of magic. 10/10 would recommend.

I have noticed a marked difference in my lower back pain. Spinal decompression is definitely an alternative to spinal surgery. I don't have the pain that I initially had prior to coming to the Disc Center. Hopefully continuing with the sessions will alleviate the pain permanently. In addition to the treatments, Dr. Cifra has outlined stretching exercises to complement the decompression sessions.
