**Update** If I could give zero stars then I would. As of me emailing them and getting a reaponse today. They said they transferred my prescriptions to my new pharmacy. I called my new pharmacy and guess what they said. They never received anything. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE. IF YOU HAVE BEEN WRONGED BY THIS PHARMACY, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FLORIDA BOARD OF PHARMACY. MEDICATIONS ARE INDEED A LINE BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH FOR SOME PEOPLE. I have been using Dirx for my medications and the overall experience has been excellent. The website is easy to navigate, pricing is amazing, and the ordering process is very straightforward. While there were minor inventory issues in the past, my medications have always been available. Highly recommend!

Filled out the online form requesting to have my prescription transferred to them and refilled. After a week of hearing nothing, I called customer service and got a recording saying the customer service line has been shut down and to inquire online instead. So I did that and received this reply: "Please allow 1–3 business days for a response." Nope, I'm out. I recommend going elsewhere.

I was skeptical at first because of some past reviews, but my latest order from DiRx went really well. Everything was processed quickly, customer service was responsive, and my medication arrived without any hassle. It genuinely feels like the service has taken a big step forward lately, so I’m much happier now and plan to use them again.

I read the recent reviews but still decided to use Dirx based on their great prices. I had a positive experience. They had my medication and it was shipped to my house quickly without issue. I would recommend.
