DirectMed DPC - Lakeway

I joined this practice last week and am so glad I did. The process was very easy . Dr. Ikbal’s professionalism and bedside manner shine through! I am thrilled to have her as my new doctor and look forward to her taking over my medical needs!

Choosing a PCP was a big deal to me. I was looking for someone functional that could help me get to the root cause of a few chronic issues. I spoke to 2 MDs at this practice and chose to move forward with one. I sent 7 final questions to better understand their approach. That said, I was pretty much sold and already filled out patient intake + gave them my credit card. After 2 days, I got a 1-line generic email saying "the DPC model will not be a good fit." I couldn't understand what this meant. I asked for clarification. Was there another model that would be a good fit? Had I done something wrong? Dr. Ikbal is wonderful! She is truly interested and vested in keeping you healthy. If you want to attain and retain good health, she’s your Doctor! The administration of this office is excellent as well.

We are very happy with Dr. Ikbal. She was able to diagnose and treat a chronic condition that specialists could not. Her personal and comprehensive approach to care is amazing. We highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Dr. Keller since October 2020 and have seen huge improvements to my health and well-being since I started seeing her. She has been very caring, kind, and attentive. I have seen many doctors and she has been the only doctor I’ve worked with that was able to get to the root of some of my health issues and help me improve my health. Each appointment has felt thorough and not rushed at all unlike with PCs that take insurance. The doctors at this practice are excellent and truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!
