My day was down before I walked into Director. I was late and they still allowed me to be seen. All the staff was nice and polite. Everything was set up so neat and clean. The room was comfortable and the nurse helped us. I felt really complete when I lef. Thank you staff!

10/10 !! Everything was good and they gave me useful advice on my skin. There is also free samples to try out. Their service is amazing, and they're always so kind and helpful. I've had a great experience every time. The team is knowledgeable and really cares about their customers. Highly recommend them

Terrible service, I called them and told them that I’m running 10 minutes late since I have a newborn baby and things happens they told me it’s OK. I have 15 minutes window to get there. My appointment was at 11:45 AM and I got there at 11:58. I still had two minutes and when I got there, the first lady I talked to was really rude and the second lady at the window told me that they need to reschedule me because they have to go to the lunch at 12. I literally drove 45 minutes from my house to here for nothing ,Why would they schedule me that late if their lunch starts in 15 minutes, this doesn’t make sense I will never go back there again. They refused to see my child.

I’ve had several appointments at this location and provider, always pleasant. Staff is professional and courteous; never a problem being seen by appointment time. Thank you Direct Derm for always making my experience very pleasant!
