Takes forever to give appointments and even when asked about a specific, they try not to accommodate that. Customer service also needs improvement especially at the front desk. It takes more time waiting for your turn outside than the doctor gives.

I was referred by my own doctor, and then Dr. Wong told me to come in for cryotherapy treatment. His office reached out to schedule the procedure, and though the earliest availability was three months out, I arrived on time, worked around their second rescheduling, and followed all instructions provided. Despite this, when I met Dr. Barry, she immediately told me, “this is a courtesy,” treatment and repeatedly emphasizing it because she concluded this is an out-of-pocket cosmetic procedure, even while freezing my moles mid-procedure. She told me insurance doesn’t cover cosmetic decisions and that “itchy and bleeding moles” aren’t a medical issue. I was shocked by how she addressed me. She should have clarified this with her team months earlier rather than making it the patient’s issue. It

Dr. Wong is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit, and I truly felt like I was in good hands. His staff is just as wonderful, sweet, accommodating, and always welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Wong and his team for anyone looking for quality care in a warm and friendly environment.

I see Dr. Wong he is so nice and caring. I have to get steroid injections in my scalp which hurts and he says sorry for something he can't help. Most of the time I cant feel them because he is that good but in tender areas it hurts. Office staff is very nice. All they want to do is help. I won't go anywhere else.
