Staff was great! It was extremely easy to make an appointment and be seen. Very kind and spent time with me explaining my I unity and options. Performed X-rays on site and provided me with a leg brace and recommendations for next steps. Lindsey PA was spectacular!

Front desk was very helpful in understanding what needs to be done and the process was smooth. Just waited for 10-15 mins until we were called in. The assistants who took the xray were also very welcoming and warm. Evan was very friendly and listened to the problem patiently. He ensured we understand the procedure well and gave us options so that we choose what is comfortable. He also made sure to speak about what he was doing and why he was doing it which was very helpful for us. Everyone had a smile on their faces which makes the whole experience very pleasant. Update: I received a call from Alexis today to address the issues that I mentioned, and at some point there was clearly a misunderstanding. I felt at the time that I did not receive a shoulder injection, as I did not feel the needle go into my shoulder at all, due to the cold spray that was applied to prevent pain. Ms. Alexis thoroughly listened to and addressed any and all concerns that I had. She was very patient, courteous, and extremely professional. I truly appreciate her reaching out, as it shows that someone truly cares about patient experiences, and wanted to ensure that there were no looming issues, which there aren’t. Our experience was absolutely awful! The practitioners was very rude and smug. He gave us his own personal opinion instead of doing what’s necessary to help us. We were there for 2hrs. He got up and left the office still talking to us as if he didn’t want to see us there. He left us in the office and didn’t tell us our visit was over. We had to get up and ask if he was coming back and he so no! The worst decision we made was going to this doctors office. Their customer service was horrible and we were treated like the help we needed didn’t matter to them.
