Always takes the time to listen and explains things that will be happening next. With all of the doctors I have he is the only one who says he will call with results and then does as soon as they are available - he was working evenings and unable to call during the daytime at one point when I first began seeing him, so he called me at around 7 or 8 pm on a weekend because he had just gotten my results and wanted to call to share them with me.. the results were normal move on to next rule out step so its not like it was an action required item... and he still called me to let me know. If you message him on mychart, he responds... that makes me as a patient feel so much more secure. We worry about our health 100% of the time especially when something is going on.
