I took my elderly mother for an eye appointment to the doctor Dr. Ricky Alaniz clinic on June 21, 2024. The care my mom received from Dr. Ricky Alaniz was exceptional. They listened attentively to all her concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me and my mother feel comfortable throughout our visit. We are so grateful for this professional team! Thank you so much!

5/5 I had a scheduled appointment here and was pleasantly surprised with my visit. I've visited many offices since first getting glasses at age 10 (turned 34 this year), and some visits were better than others. This office definitely stands near the top of my list of experiences. Firstly, the ladies at the front desk were very polite and offered a pleasant greeting upon entering. With it being my first time here I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor after doing paperwork. Dr. Alaniz was very professional and informative with any questions I had, and explained to me pictures of my eyes and what they look for. Overall, my visit took around 30 minutes and was very smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

In town for work; had broken my glasses and the Doctor was Amazing; he was very polite and professional!! The first encounter almost made me miss out on a Great Optometrist one of the ladies was ruff and rude; but the other lady was polite and pleasant!! But After seeing the Doctor the staff was a little more friendlier!! Thank you Doc. I wish I could take to El Paso!! You would be my family’s Optometrist!!

Prescription was made incorrectly and after 4months later of finally get my prescription glasses they where all wrong and I couldn’t even adjust to them and now I am told I have to pay for a whole new exam when the first exam was incorrect , and for my son he prescribed him glasses when he didn’t even need any after getting a second opinion… this was my go to eye dr and now I would not recommend at all.

Broke my glasses at work, I thought I'd have to drive home to S.A. to get my replacements... But I called this business and they replaced my broken frames for only $40. The staff is very professional.
