You should train your pharmacy techs on how insurance works. Do not attempt to get your vaccinations here, they will do anything not to do it. The tech kept telling me my medical insurance card was my “vision” insurance. For 1. I don’t carry vision insurance and 2. My card clearly says “blue cross blue shield medical plan” She wouldn’t even put my information in the system. The worst experience.

I wish a 0 star review was possible because they sure deserve it! My wife went to fill a prescription of antibiotics after spending part of her mother's day in the ER. Because of the cyber attack her script was hand written and they forgot to put her name on it. The main pharmacist treated her like she was a drug addict trying to get her fix and the other employers proceeded to mock and laugh behind the glass. My wife even asked for the scripts back so she could go get them filled out correctly and was told she couldn't have them back. Very disappointed and will not be returning!

Order almost 1 week and I come pick up 2 time yesterday and today. But they still not done my ordered. And just telling me still working. And they don't tell me how long.

Aside from the pharmacist being snarky and condescending the pharmacy techs have absolutely no manners or empathy whatsoever. Laughing at someone because there is an issue with their script and they cannot get it filled is disgusting. Modern medicine is complete trash

My husband went in today to pick up his medication. Pharmacists need to watch their tone when responding to customers about what their medications are. No one should ever be mocked that their medication is an antidepressant. That is a very quick way to send a first time patient with a need for an antidepressant out the door and not treat their condition. That is a shameful way to treat anyone who is actively working on correcting something their brain chemistry is doing to them. Talk to people correctly. You may be educated in the chemical composition of medication but your treatment of human beings and discretion of client information does not need to be broadcast to the entire pharmacy.
