Dillons Pharmacy

2/8/2026 Pharmacist today is a condescending jerk. Treats people like their stupid. Next time he will recieve the same attitude he gives. Also called multiple times no one picked up . Mind you been trying to get my script for 4 days . I even dropped by yesterday and it wasnt ready. Today i get told they needed to call to make sure i wasnt on government insurance really i gave them my private insurance card . I stated you can see its private not government . Why didnt you commuicate this yesterday and the day before when i came in to get my script. MAKE ME WAIT UNTIL MONDAY NOW!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GONE .

Complete customer care!!! Garrett went WAY out of is way to help me with a change in my prescription price. I have never seen anyone spend an hour trying to fix the issue caused by the payer. Thank you for taking care of your customers!!!

Despite the fact the department was incredibly busy, a full drive thru line, and a very long line inside, I received excellent care and service today from Dawn, an associate working the counter. She went above and beyond and took the time to help me save some money on my prescription even with how busy she was. She was polite, patient, and kind. Wonderful experience.

Twon at the pharmacy is a racist bigot. Because i have tattoos he refuses my medication monthly. After hearing from my doctor time and time again things are still not done properly. Twon does his best to make me go days and days without my medication. I have heard yes you have refills, but until i hear from your doctor i will not fill the prescription. He always waits until the drs office is closed to relay this message. He has told me the pharmacy does not have enough of the medication to fill my prescription. However i waa told just 30 minutes before it would he ready in an hour. Twon thinks he is above the doctors, and i am not the only patient to receive this treatment. Avoid this dillons pharmacy at all cost. Literally any other dillons is better. I wish I could give 0 stars to this pharmacy, specifically Maria. Other dillons (s/o planet avenue pharmacy and store for always being amazing) didn’t have my script but worked with me to find a location that did (calling themselves to confirm)!! We live an hour away so she transferred and I called to confirm dillons on cloud received and get an eta for an antibiotic I needed ASAP. They confirmed they have it and told me 30-45. We waited over an hour just in case not to rush. When we get there they tell us they don’t actually have it and can’t get it tomorrow or next day (can’t remember) and that I’d need to call and find it elsewhere myself. Ok did that.
