Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospital, San Martin Campus - Las Vegas, NV

Me and my family are very grateful for this hospital. Unfortunately we have been to several hospitals in the valley and this hospital by far exceeds all of the others, in our experience of course. The staff is so humane, attentive and genuinely caring that it made my 5-day hospitalization way more bearable. You can tell they care, and the religious foundation is honored. I’m glad to know that they provide the services that I need, and (knock on wood) if I ever need intervention again, this is my priority hospital from now on. Edit: I do wish that they bring L&D back! I delivered my baby in Southern Hills and I WISH that I had been taken care of the way they took care of me in San Martin. Their care was way more SOP-compliance or “tick the box” oriented rather than listening to the patient

I’m sorry that I had to give this hospital a 2 star. I’ve never been here before. Since my new insurance is contracted with this Hospital. I just decided to go on here because it’s closer to my house. I was so disappointed and there’s not even that many patients in Er waiting room when I walked in there. It was only like two in the lobby and I just don’t believe that they could not even get me a room I had to stay in a quiet room. My head was hurting me I really wanted to lay down but had to sit in a chair the whole time. So I stayed in his room and until somebody called me to get a Ct scan. yeah, it was terrible. I waited a long time and then probably 30 minutes went by a doctor came by and told me that I have to leave the room because they needed it so I have to go back out to the lobby

My families favorite hospital in Las Vegas. I specifically love nurse Jacky in the Emergency Department. She was very genuinely caring and on point. She even asked the billing nurse to come back later because I was too sick to sign. She asked me if I needed a blanket I said I'm ok and she said she's getting me one anyways and the blanket was warm so I actually did need it. I wish more were like her and I hope she gets the best in her life. This place also helped out my mom a hand full of times. We love it here.

This is a very fine hospital! I came to the Emergency Room and was treated like a VIP the whole time. I ended up staying for 2 nights and so many really fantastic people came to assist me. As I leave today, I want to thank the following people that were so amazing! Carlisa. Five-Star Review for San Martin Hospital My name is Santana, and I was in Room 336 for 11 days. Prior to that stay, I had already spent two full weeks receiving antibiotics for a serious infection caused by my suprapubic catheter. As a paraplegic, infections like this can be very dangerous, so being in good hands truly matters. I want to sincerely thank Dr. Wong, Dr. Mohammad, Cheryl (the wonderful caseworker) and her entire crew. I also want to recognize the amazing nurses and CNAs who cared for me — Steven, Irene, Melissa, and Ryan. These are some of the kindest, most attentive people I’ve ever met in a hospital setting.
