If I could give -1,000,000 stars, I would. This place is absolutely horrible and completely disgusting in how they treat people. I went to the ER after a car wreck. I handed them my insurance information right when I got there. All they did was take my vitals, ask where I was in pain, refer me for pain management, and I left. That’s it. No surgery. No procedures. No real treatment. Just a basic walk-in ER visit. I assumed they billed my insurance like any normal, honest facility would. My insurance would have paid the allowed amount and that would’ve been the end of it. Instead, they decided to put a lien on my insurance settlement check for $15,000. $15,000 for vitals and a brief ER walk-in. They didn’t even have the decency to tell me they were doing this. I took one of my twins to the Sahara and Decatur location for issues with her breathing and they were the most pleasant and helpful staff. From the front desk to the Dr. and the nurses were all great and took care of my daughter and made sure she was alright which put me and her at ease. Much appreciated for them

Upon first arriving our experience was not going very pleasant. Our ER doctor had a horrible attitude and dismissed my fiance and the claims of pain and condition. She had pneumonia and couldn't speak. At one point he said I can't understand what your saying, and you seem perfectly fine. You probably have the flu. After she was admitted we were assigned RN Astrid Stroms. Very informative and professional. My fiance felt so much better and at ease. Thank you for making her visit comfortable and under good care...6 STARS

My three nurses Madison, Alma and Astrid were all fantastic. But I have to give special props to Madi as she is a rockstar who is really caring, kind and has a great personality and a wonderful positive energy. Cons: food portions are extremely small and wouldn't be filling even for a small kid. The bathroom or the room was never cleaned in the 3 days I was here.

I am really appreciative for the treatment that this hospital and its emergency room had previously provided to both my kid and me. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive; attention was given immediately; exams and care were conducted with compassion and skill; and the premises are immaculately clean. If you need immediate and high-quality emergency care, I strongly suggest this clinic. There are no long lineups, and they serve you swiftly.
