Dignity Health has been nothing of short of amazing. I came here to deliver my son, and every single staff member has been kind, supportive, and so attentive to my needs. They especially were very mindful of my birth plan and followed it to the best of their ability. They frequently followed up to see if me and the baby were ok and made our stay reassuring and positive. Wonderful staff and hospital!

I have to say that the treatment I received was exceptionally professional with a large dose of kindness added. The doctor, nurses and other personnel took personal care and interest in my situation and made me feel well taken care of. My daughter who accompanied me also was impressed with the service and attention given. Thank you...I I am truly grateful for your care.

I recently had surgery at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. Despite contacting the hospital two weeks before my procedure to request my financial responsibility, I was not told that I would owe approximately $16,000 until the day before surgery. This created significant stress and did not allow my health share organization time to review or negotiate the bill. No patient should have to spend the day before surgery dealing with unexpected financial issues of this magnitude. During registration discussions, I was disconnected three separate times by patient registration staff and had to wait on hold about 30 minutes each time I called back. I also requested a Good Faith Estimate for my health share and, after multiple calls and long hold times,

Victoria and Kristi have been absolutely wonderful. From the moment I was in pain and feeling anxious, they treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. They explained everything clearly, checked on me often, and made me feel safe and cared for during a very vulnerable time. They never made me feel like “just another patient.” They listened, responded quickly when I needed help, and showed genuine compassion. I’ve been going to Mercy Gilbert for ten years with great experiences. This time, I was placed in an area with 16 “rooms” that share TWO restrooms. Most of the rooms had three walls and a curtain. It was noisy and as you can see, this light stayed on 24/7. The light shines through the netting all night long. I was not very happy!! The good point was that the doctors and nurses were very professional and caring.
