Dignity Health - Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center

Been feeling tired, weak, and lightheaded for few days so i check in myself in ER just to make sure if everything is okay with me. Right after i register they got me a bed already. They did my EKG , RN Fernan gave me an IV fluids, draw my blood for labs , urine sample, check for covid. So make story short everything is fine all my labs are good. Covid neg. Ekg was fine, chest xray is good. After a a good nap and a couple of fluids DR. Said everything is fine i can go home after the second fluids. I was just a little dehydrated and haven’t eating properly and lack of sleep. Thank you much charge nurse DAVID that day. And shout out to Rn Fernan who gave me an assurance that i’m gonna be okay and also got me some snacks. 5 stars ER crew!!!

I am very satisfied with the care I received at Glendale Memorial Hospital. The staff members are attentive, kind, and compassionate. They created a calm and comfortable environment, and the hospital is very clean and well organized. The food was also very good, and everything was handled professionally. I would especially like to sincerely thank Dr. Kevin Galstyan. He is professional, attentive, and truly caring. I deeply appreciate his dedication and the excellent care he provided. Thank you to the entire team for the high-quality service and support. I am truly grateful.

The staff and doctors at the hospital were excellent. The accommodations and respect were top-notch. I felt well taken care of and the nurses treated me with dignity. They also treated themselves with dignity and humor. A class act. The negatives were an undignified check in service through administration That makes one feel like a number not a person. And the intolerable food from the cafeteria. Truly disturbing.

Throughout my stay, she made me feel safe, supported, and always well-informed. Her gentle approach, patience, and warm attitude made a huge difference during a very important time for me. Katerine is truly dedicated to her work, and it shows in every small detail. I am very thankful for everything she did for me, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs excellent and heartfelt medical care.🙈🪽

I was so disappointed with the health services provided by emergency toom !! Even though i got there by 911 but it took 2 hours to take a xray and another 2 hours to get thr result and they even didn’t come to ask how am i doing i waited 1 or more hours that someone comes and tell me what will happen to my broken wrist. I was in extreme pain and went to nurse asking them to fo something, he said the person who should to casting is on lunch and they have a paient in critical condition so there is no doctor to take care of me. Finally after almost 6 hours a nurse came and put the casting and released me this is unacceptable from a hospital emergency department.
