Neck Christian cc Fran Jackie all of my nurses are awesome. The doctors worked really well with me came in for a blood clot and they literally saved my life. I recommend chandler regional their staff are great. They know their stuff. I feel very safe here and I will only come here if I ever need a hospital again

The staff. Is wonderful. My mom was brought in by ambulance. With major problems. I came in my own car. My mother was treated with the highest care and compassion from the staff. On my way to the hospital I had fallen. I was hurt and in lots of pain. After finding out what was going on with my mom. We had to wait for the test result. I decided to have my injuries look at. From the moment I was checked in to the piont of discharged. The staff was great. Keeping me informed not only on my own treatment but also on my mom. The nurses, techs, and doctor were not just knowledgeable about my injuries, their were VERY patient, compassionate with me. We have spend more time in your wonderful hospital then not since my mom's accident on February 1. We were helped from a lot of staff

I cannot say enough good things about the ICU team at Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center. This past week, my mom received extraordinary care from the nurses in the neuro ICU, and I am beyond grateful. The nurses were not only incredibly skilled and professional, but they approached every moment with genuine compassion and beauty in their care. During one of the most stressful and heartbreaking times of my life, they provided clear, thoughtful guidance, answered every question with patience, and made sure my mom was comfortable and dignified every step of the way. The way they handled the end-of-life care and comfort measures was handled with such grace, respect, and expertise—it truly made all the difference. Excellent service by the physicians and nurses in the surgical department! The surgical team was amazing- made me feel at ease and their skill level was top notch. Definitely 5 star for that. The hospital stay was 4 stars. The nurses were great but the service needs improvement. Had to wait over an hour at times for my nurse because she was busy with other patients. That is tough when you are unable to provide for yourself due to a major surgery. Overall the hospital was clean and the private rooms were great. They just need more help to provide for the patients on the floors.

I was taken care of from the moment I walked thru those double doors. I was a little nervous just not knowing what to expect with this type of surgery. I was immediately greeted, guided and all of my questions answered by the nurses, drs and staff. I was given warm blankets, made more comfortable as I waited and it was a very comforting feeling to know I was in good hands all around. My surgery went beautifully and I’m back home healing just as I should! I appreciate the care I was given at Chandler Regional!
