We live right down the street from this location. My dad has had to go here twice for an extreme emergency. The nurses are incredible! Dr Olmstead is amazing! My dad has had to have an emergency gallbladder surgery and they diagnosed it so fast. Amazing nurses, amazing techs, I've had a go to a lot of hospitals with my mom with cancer. And now with my dad getting older. Do not listen to the negative Reviews. They're rarely crowded and if you have to get in quickly, this is the place to go. If they have to transfer you to the bigger hospital, they do that very well also. 5 star treatment all around
some of the rudest, most judgmental medical care staff I have ever come into contact with. I will not go into details but I will say I had to say something to my nurse for the way she spoke to me and the doctor on staff was SO rude toward me. Between getting told I was acting like a 3 year old by the nurse to being scolded by my doctor and nurse for my personal choices I don’t know which felt worse. they didn’t seem to care to help my symptoms, yes they gave me medicine but they seemed like they were more interested in judging and scolding me more. It was so weird as I have only ever had good experiences here prior. Usually I go with my dad and get treated well but this time i went just me and my boyfriend and as a young woman I see now why so many people are reluctant to trust doctors. i
I was just a patient recently here and it started off pretty good. The receptionist was great, the first older nurse was awesome, and the XRay tech was wonderful. There is one particular nurse, she said her name was Jamie and Pam, so idk which one it was. She was very rude, she was rough with taking my IV out and she was very sarcastic. You can tell this big lady hates herself and her job. My only encounter with her was when I was being discharged. They also said they took my blood work but it was not in the discharge papers like it always is. The weekend staff always sucks here at this place. As a healthcare provider, mother, and consumer, I anticipate a certain level of care. I brought my son to this facility in May 2025, and the MD on staff came into our room for a total of 3 minutes. He neglected to listen to his heart or lung sounds, did not provide any type of examination, wore a mask, and acted as though my son had the plague. The facility billed my insurance $2318.00. I wrote a detailed letter to Dignity Health outlining why this amount was inappropriate. Five weeks later, I received notice that this level of care was in line with what to anticipate if you walk into an Urgent Care with Dignity Health. I recently visited this facility seeking treatment for various symptoms, including throat and ear aches, a running nose, severe heartburn, and nausea. Unfortunately, my interaction with Nurse Justin was disappointing. Despite expressing my concerns, I felt that he was inattentive and made me feel uncomfortable. In contrast, I have consistently received compassionate and attentive care from Heather, who has always has a genuine concern for my well-being. I hope that the facility will take steps to address the inconsistencies in patient care. As a patient, it is essential to feel heard and respected by healthcare providers. I hope that future patients will receive the high-quality care that they deserve. Justin you might have a degree but you don’t have what it takes to care for patients. *
