Dignity Health Advanced Imaging - North State

I’ll admit, I was a little put off reading reviews in the lobby while waiting for my appointment. But I had a wonderful experience. All the staff was very nice and helpful even at the end of the day (my appointment was at 3 in the afternoon). I only waited about 10-15 minutes to get checked in for my ultrasound. My tech was extremely competent and thorough, double checking my paperwork before we started, to avoid any insurance mess ups. The office and bathroom were kept very clean as well. Great experience over all, will be returning.

One star rating is too high for this incompetently run healthcare service (Ultrasound). It’s a good thing I did not have internal bleeding, OH Wait! I did! Their incompetence is purely a danger to patients . Revision: I did ultimately find a human who helped me get the test I needed. She was kind and compassionate. The test was done. I am grateful for her help and the person who did my ultrasound. I still wish it had gone easier on the first few tries.

Completely missed a diagnosis on my ultrasound and they did not bill the insurance correctly. This could have cost us our child’s life. The staff was less than friendly the entire time. A year later I’m still working with insurance and Dignity Health to resolve our issue.

Not great since Dignity took over. First I went to bechelli for xrays before surgery and after the fact they told me I couldnt get them all there I would need to go to court st. Then the ones sent to UCSF were not readable so I had to go down there for more. I got sent after surgery to check for an possible injury and after 9 days UCSF still didnt have images. I had to change an appt due to no images and today I had a zoom appt and was told they didnt have the images that were from a month ago. Besides waiting 50 min to be called to a booth to check in before the xray. MDimaging was so much better.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Drive to Sacramento if you have to. If I could give 10 negative stars I would. I paid a cash price out of pocket because they said they couldn't bill my insurance. Then they billed my insurance anyway. This resulted in a huge mess where this facility could never process my insurance EOB and they then wanted additional money from me. I could never get a resolution with them, after many conversations, so I just paid the additional to keep from going to collections. I ended up paying 250.00 more than I should have. WORST PROVIDER EVER. Also, my wife went here for a trans vaginal ultrasound and got a horrible yeast infection from them not cleaning their equipment, which ruined an overseas trip we went on after this. WORST PROVIDER EVER.
