The Titan Abutment mills are Absolute JUNK. 1.The coolant tank is a gas can from the hardware store. This is a OSHA violation as the can is labeled as containing gasoline not coolant. 2. There are no wiring diagrams provided to help fix the machines when they fail because they were not wired correctly at the factory. 3. The electronics are exposed to coolant mist because the machines do not have proper electrical cabinets. 4. There is insufficient space for proper cooling of the electronic as they are crammed way to close together. 5. There is no lubrication systems on the machines to keep the ball screws and linear guides from rusting and wearing out. I could go on and on with the short coming and deficiencies of the machines. In summery the machines are complete CRAP!!!!!!

I've used Creative Lab for screw-retained Crystal Ultra restorations for two years now. I have found Creative to be the most responsive lab with a superior product that patients love and the dentist can very easily modify chairside, if needed. All the people there have been outstanding.
