Digestive Healthcare Center

I found this practice to have staff that were cold, uncaring and unsympathetic. They are in a hurry and didn't take patient needs and comfort in to consideration. From office staff to doctors these behavior and attitude ocurred. This office culture seems to be pervasive. Doctors insisted on doing 2 separate procedures despite other problems that affected anesthesia usage. Even hospital staff agreed with my assessment. Doctors were not happy with having to do.procedures in a hospital instead of their own center.

Horrible organization. Not professional at all. Set up a Telehealth app, never got a call. I had to call 30 mins later just to make sure I was getting a call they said yes I was next. 1 hour and a half later nothing. Called back and they said I missed my app. How? nurse will call me back. 3 hours later no phone call. I had to call again and the manager said the doc called my second number. I only have one cell phone. Sounds very sketchy to me. I work in the healthcare industry. This is not the right office to go for your healthcare needs. Extremely unprofessional. Will not even bother trying to reschedule

My appointment is at 2:00 and I had to wait until 2:40... I was asking the front desk staff and they just told me keep waiting. I think they over booked patients.

Got in on time for both appointments I had and both Doctors I saw were great. Dr. Greaves sped me right through and I felt better that afternoon.
