My procedure (colonoscopy) was on December 22, 2025. I arrived pretty early as the office was a little over a 30 minute drive from my house. The night before a nurse called me to ask if anything has changed. She called pretty late like after 7, with her dog barking in the background. She asked a couple of questions then paused and made odd noises. I was annoyed because she wasn’t prepared and she blamed her slow computer. (Next day) On my way I noticed they left a last minute voicemail asking if I can arrive earlier than the expected time. No, because I was en route. They’ve already moved my appt once before from 3 to 2:30. I arrived at the office a little before 2pm (they ask if you can arrive a half an hour earlier). Katrina was very thorough and I feel like she gives good care, David helped me above and , He’s very thorough and helpful with me getting my medical records sent over to your facility, I feel he is a huge asset to your practice

Always Had A Very Good Experience. Dr Vergilio and His Associates are Receptive To their Patients Question And Needs. Both in Office And When Having A Procedure.

Experiences in the office are great. Very professional people and great doctors. The phone answering system however seems designed to avoid taking calls other than to make an appointment.

Dr Gary Ciambotti has been taking care of me for 20 + years. His assistant Venita is wonderful!! They are quick to answer my emails and calls and I feel confident that they are in charge of my care ⭐️. It is a pleasure to visit the office.
