My boyfriend had to take a camera pill and when it never came out we were supposed to get a call back from the doctor and never did it’s been over a month. Everytime we call we get told we’ll get a call back soon. His records were supposed to be requested months ago and nothing. Very unorganized and unprofessional staff. It’s crazy the hospital recommended us to go here. THE CAMERA IS STILL INSIDE OF HIM HAS BEEN FOR MONTHS THIS DOCTORS OFFICE IS A JOKE AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

4 patients scheduled for first appointment of the day (8:30). 2 receptionists turn on their computers after discussing getting hair trims. I asked if the doctor was there yet. "He comes in at 4, the nurse practitioners at 9."

Good Doctor, but office staff Not organized! Very unprofessional comments in front of patients waiting area. They do not answer the phone and you will never be seen at your scheduled appt time or close to it. I confirm all the comments.. smh looking for another GI as we speak for better organized care.

Waited over 2 hours my first appointment and didn’t even see a doc. They forgot to advise me I needed bloodwork and said they sent it to Quest. Went to Quest a week later and they have nothing. Got put on hold for quite a while when I called to see where the orders were. Staff was only able yo fax orders vs email. Email would be instant. Spend way too much time waiting for orders to arrive at Quest before leaving. Wasting a lot of time to get no where.

Can honestly say it was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in my life The staff was not friendly and the doctors and nurses were very unprofessional. How this place is still in business baffles me
