Would not recommend the staff. There is friendly but the doctor isn't. If you have any weight on you, he'll look at you and tell you you need to lose weight and then send you on your way. He's not a real doctor

The doctors are great. The office staff and nurses are the worst in Wayne County, maybe North Carolina. If you can get seen elsewhere, save yourself a ton of future headaches and go elsewhere.

Not sure about the 2.5 reviews…but I had an upper endoscopy today. The staff were very kind, professional & had excellent bedside manner. The nurses & techs were very down to earth. I was super nervous about being put under, but they showed empathy & were very comforting. Lastly, they sent in my prescription early so that I wouldn’t have to wait until the next day. The nurse also called me a few hours after my procedure to make sure that I was recovering okay. (Above & Beyond) In a world full of people who lack compassion; it meant everything to have been cared for by such a wonderful medical team. Thanks again so much guys 🫶🏽

Their billing department is a little shady. Everytime we went to a appointment we paid our copay before we saw a doctor. Two months later they sent us a bill for our copay. Unfortunately it is not cost effective to get a lawyer to correct and not worth ruining your credit history over. Update : I had a recent colonoscopy there thru the VA and everything was great. The nurses and the doctor were professional and polite. Not sure if the billing department is any better, but I if not the VA will take care of that issue. I would recommend going there as far as professional medical care, but keep an eye on billing.

No Problems! The Dr. is nice, the nurses were very nice. Front desk lady was normal. In the examination room, half the staff was "diverse". Anesthesia knocked me out for the whole exam. I've had 2 exams and recommend them. Waiting room was cool, bring a sweater - that's my only "complaint".
