The check-in process is awful. It is a violation of HIPAA laws with all your personal information being asked for in front of the whole waiting room. The virtual people are all over the place; they should’ve let the front desk do the check-in the way it was. They’re awesome; however, this new system is waiting for a lawsuit to happen in violation of HIPAA law.

Not happy with the new service. It is tele service kinda self check in. My mother is 78 years old, she is nit technology savy and wouldn't be able to complete this new stuff by her self. We all rather to deal with normal people not robots or tele services!!!! Not happy with the new service provider....little by little companies are getting rid of real humans and people at their offices, I am not ok with that and not happy wirh this.

Today I had my colonoscopy, and I just want to publicly say THANK YOU to the incredible medical team who took care of me. From the moment I walked in, the nurses were warm, kind, and reassuring. They explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and treated me with dignity and respect. The anesthesiologist was amazing — calm, professional, and gentle. They made sure I was relaxed and safe the entire time. I truly felt cared for. And my doctor Joseph Webster,Absolutely outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident about the procedure. Colonoscopy can feel scary, but my experience was smooth, peaceful, and handled with excellence. Hello, How are you? I think that the staff is friendly , helpful, and their service is great. I appreciate that the staff does explains each procedure before it is perform. Thank you, for reminding about my appointment ahead of time, I really appreciate it. I would of have loved it, if the doctor explained to me my diagnosis, but I do understand that there isn't enough time and this is why of the follow-up appointment. Thank you, and great service!

I am beyond disappointed because I love these doctors. The new check in system is horrible. They put TVs with Microsoft Teams calls where you talk to a person, in front of everyone, and they are discussing all your personal information out loud in the reception area. I know you are trying to save money, but at least create a safe space to do this “new process.” Every patient in the reception area was complaining about this. We all heard everyone’s personal information, their copays, and sadly the reason for their visit. No HIPPA, I guess? This is horrible, no sense of privacy and lack of personal connection. Great doctors ruining their offices with a cost cutting approach that ruins customer service. Then on top of that, you go to the room and the medical assistant is now on a TV. Why am
