I’ve been trying to find a dentist and hygienist that actually care… and these guys do. Very knowledgeable and communicative. They’ll give you a quote before they do any work and they always explain everything that they will be doing. very friendly staff. They respect your time and their office is always clean. They filled my cavities perfectly with no issues. I have issues with many dentist office in the past.

Coming from someone who has always hated going to the dentist, Dr. Fernandez and Dickerson Dental Group are one of a kind. My hygienist Liv made my experience painless and stress free! She was personable, considerate, and a joy to be around. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I saw Dr Jordan Mayo today for a consultation on a cavity that may be able to be done in order to save a tooth with problems. I explained that I have a bone issue and a very long history with major tooth replacement and reconstruction. I have seen my oral surgeon recently and he recommended I come back to Dickerson dental for this consult. I have always had Dr Dickerson the owner of the practice as my dentist and been very satisfied. My experience today was very upsetting because Dr Mayo’s demeanor was professional but completely lacking compassion and repeatedly told me he was only giving me his recommendations and it was up to me if I wanted to follow it or not. It was a take it or leave it not my problem I am just doing my job. No bedside manner or kindness. Very clinical and robotic. I

I had the best hygiene appointment tonight! Liv was absolutely amazing :) so warm, so knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She shared helpful tips no other hygienist has ever mentioned to me, and she took her time explaining everything in the kindest way. What really meant a lot was how attentive she was to the sensitivity I have in one or two teeth. She was extra gentle, something I’ve never experienced before, and it made such a difference. Talking with her felt so easy and comforting, and she made the whole visit feel like a breeze. I also really appreciated being able to come in at a later time that worked for my schedule. Overall, my experience with Liv was truly wonderful. She’s a gem! Highly recommend Dickerson Dental Group- you’re in great hands.

I’ve been a patient at this dental office for a few years now, and I can genuinely say they are the best of the best. Every visit is welcoming, professional, and incredibly thorough. The entire team—from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists—goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. What makes it even more special now is that I get to bring my son here, too. The way they treat him with patience, kindness, and reassurance truly means the world to me. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers exceptional care, compassion, and quality, but this office does exactly that every single time.
