Dickerman Dental Prosthetics

Could have been a 1 star, or a 5 star but ended up at a four based on final results. After finishing a long morning of dental surgery only to find out that my 'case' made by Dickerman was made for the wrong teeth I would have given the lab a 1 star. However after the dentist reached out directly to the lab owner the lab made a new case for the appropriate teeth and overnight shipped it directly to me. For this level of customer service and response to their error I think a 4 star rating is in order. It isn't a perfect rating, but errors do happen no matter how frustrating and their prompt response was appreciated.

Ira, Brandon and he whole squad over at Dickerman Dental Prosthetics do really great work. Detail oriented. Professional. Always a fantastic end result with no short cuts or settling for just good enough. Also fun to work with!

The Dickerman family is not only the best at what they do in terms of their artistry with dental prosthetics, but they are just also kind people and a pleasure to work with…We did an all-on-x immediate implant hybrid today with Ira and another one last week with a different lab not by my choosing: the difference was Ira cares about your patient as a person but also has so much attention to detail and is thoughtful enough to ask if you want the chair moved for your comfort as a clinician… and being 9 months pregnant that truly meant the world to me because It made the difference If I could walk at the end of the long day or not!
