I was thoroughly impressed by the new high- tech registration system for visitors which uses facial recognition to check visitors in, and prints a visitor's pass all in mere seconds. This makes the traditions method of checking in seem pre-historic. After getting my visitor's pass i found every interaction with every single staff member to be nothing less than delightful. In fact, the patient i went to visit (my brother-in-law), commented on nothing but how amazing his care-takers were. Even when I asked about his pain and injuries, his response after half a sentence would somehow divert to how awesome all the workers there were and how grateful he felt for their genuine care and kindness. It is a pleasure to visit patients at Diamond Ridge SNF. I am greeted by a smiling receptionist at the door and given clear instructions to my friend’s room. I see clean hallways and adequate staffing. My friend was finishing lunch and staff came in to clear the tray. She introduced herself to me. I hope all visitors and patients at Diamond Ridge can feel as good about the care provided there as I did during my visit.

The two CNA's that really work with my sister well are Maria and Alesa. I know when they have worked with my sister just from my sister's appearance. I also noticed they greet my sister when they are working with her and talk to her although my sister can't talk but they always let me know when she responds to them. I am greatful for these two young women because they are awesome and fit this very difficult position with pride and the utmost professionalism. Diamond Ridge should take examples of their care for some other CNA's

Diamondridge Healthcare Facility is one of the best facilities in Contra Costa County. My loved one is a resident here and they offer them the best care. They are always so attentive and patient. Each staff that has looked after my loved one makes sure to go above and beyond and provides excellent service; from the CNA’s, to the Nurses and even the social workers; they all work so well together which keeps things running like a well oiled machine!
