I just received a exceptional patient care experience by Shawn Burkey for the treatment recommendation, care and fitting for my orthopedic footwear. I highly recommend Diamond Medical Supply Services and will be returning for all my medical supply needs. I use the Pharmacy and now the Medical Supply and I am happy to tell you that they are both an intricate part of my healthcare. I will be returning to them in the future and recommend that you do the same.

Absolutely Horrible. I have been trying to resolve a billing issue with my 84 year old mother medications being overcharge 50's the regular price she had paid with two previous pharmacy for 5 years. Recently they cut off my mothers medication with no warning whatsoever. I now have less than 48 hours on a Friday to get my mother blood pressure medication which could =be her in serious medical distress without. Make sure to ask any Senior facility if they deal with Diamond as their provider for meds. If so, in my opinion I would go elsewhere or you to can enjoy spending months on end trying to even get a reply. At this point Diamond is stonewalling me in retaliation to me questioning their billing in my opinion.

Customer service is horrible. Billing is 60 days behind. When asking questions, customer service rep became belligerent. If you have the choice, go somewhere else. Bills were close to $250 a month. Switched to CVS and they dropped to $20 a month.
