I do not recommend this place. I underwent treatment for 2.5 years but did not see the results I was expecting. It was still clearly noticeable that my teeth were not straight. At the end of my treatment period, I was informed that I would need to pay additional fees to continue. Because I felt the outcome would likely remain the same no matter how long I continued treatment, I decided to switch providers, even though it meant making another full payment. After only four months with my new orthodontist, my teeth are already noticeably straighter, which makes it clear that my previous treatment was not producing effective results. I had a wonderful experience here for both myself and my children. Kym was an exceptional consultant. She was warm, professional, and transparent throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone who truly values their clients, she is an excellent choice.

She explained treatment options, pricing, and what to expect without rushing me or making me feel confused. She’s super friendly, professional, and really makes you feel comfortable. Diamond Braces of Englewood is such a great establishment. With the help of the consultant Kym, she makes my job as a patient so much easier. She is so patient and helpful with my questions/concerns. My three kids have received excellent treatment here. Scheduling an appointment was always quick and easy. The staff took their time explaining every step, and everyone was friendly and welcoming.
