After visiting a few different places in Queens and Manhattan, I decided to start my daughter's treatment at Diamond Braces Astoria Steinway The attention to detail and care they provide, combined with the excellent patient service, has made my experience here unique. Every person who works at this place is a delight from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. The check-ups and office visits are truly something special. The place is very clean and very well maintained (this is very important to me, as I am very picky.) The patient care of Juliana ❤️ and the entire team ❤️ is a huge asset! I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I was quoted and paid $1,000 for two fixed retainers and two removable retainers (including a returning patient/family discount). However, although I received the two removable retainers, only one fixed retainer was placed because the doctor determined the second was not necessary. Despite not receiving all services included in the original treatment plan, no adjustment or partial refund was offered. I called multiple times and emailed corporate over 10 days ago requesting a formal review of my account, but I have not received any response. Every single person that works at this location is heart warming from the moment you walk in until you walk out. The check ups and office visits are honestly something i look forward to until my next appointment. The space is very clean and very well maintained, (this is huge for me coming from a very picky person) Juliana’s care towards the patient is a huge highlight! Rudest and most unprofessional clinic, especially Julianna. They changed my quote from 12 months to 24 months out of nowhere. Absolutely no transparency and your changes in doctors leave you vulnerable to these random price changes. STAY AWAY One more thing - you can’t trust what they say because they change it all the time. The first time, they said they’ll give me $200 off if I pay full. The next time they took it back. You can’t trust a clinic that changes their pricing and treatment estimates within less than a month!

I have been going for years and they have always been serviceable and accommodating. The office Manager exudes professionalism which trickles down through the rest if the staff. Highly recommend this location!
