Dialysis Clinic

I was training to be a PD nurse in Rapid City and the situation I was placed in was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing to say the least. I no longer felt safe remaining in my position and I can guarantee nothing happened to the nurse that should have been teaching me the proper way to perform tasks. It is appalling that a nurse is allowed to get physically aggressive when I told the truth. The upper management also knew that nurse was not following policy and procedure. Said nurse told me she did not agree with a certain policy and procedure and refused to follow it. Upper management also witnessed the nurse when she displayed her physical aggression. Apparently, policies and procedures are not followed on the hemodialysis side either.

While I'd rather not need to go, the nurses and staff are amazing people. Extremely friendly, compassionate and helpful. *very newbie "aware" and helpful

Terrible management I was told and threatened by both directors Shana Marie and The head nurse Tim that if I didn't return my pd equipment that which was scheduled to be pick up by the company but since they were so concerned about there bottom dollar they decided to harassed me and threatened me to stop my treatment until I returned the machine which keep in mind that I had already scheuled my machine to to be pick up on the 30th of January but I was just do as I was told but I get harassed and threatened those two needs to go and im working and im getting my lawyer involved
