Great service at both the front desk and in the back for my MRI. Friendly staff who took good care of me and got my procedure done in good time with only a brief wait. The old reviews don’t reflect the current experience! Note that you have to go through the door for Diagnostic and Imaging and down the hall to suite 5 to check in with the right business.

LILLY SAVED THE DAY. SHE IS BACK! AND WANTS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. THE WORST! and that's nice. I will say this, the ladies at the front tried to help. I see why they are the cheapest around. First visit, took an act of god to get. the day of, I arrive and I'm the only person there. The tech, who is very kind, has no care for others time. She sat in the back chatting about her life with the front desk clerk, and someone else. If you've not been there, you are in the back of the building down a dark hallway. Everything echo's... I felt like I was a part of her conversation. Finally, they come and get me. I get in the machine, we're done, I can hear her outside the room talking and talking and talking. I am done.... finally she comes in. I'm irritated, but I saved a ton of money. So

I was going to leave a good review because the lady that did my MRI was great however the front office staff have been unhelpful. I filled out a request for them to send my results to my primary because the order was from an urgent care. After a week, I called and I was told if I don't provide a fax # they don't send it so I got it and gave it to them. Another week my Dr still doesn't have results, called and given an attitude. Now 3 weeks later, Dr still doesn't have results and they put me on hold for 20 mins. It should not be the patients job to get records. This is the worst Healthcare system I've been too. My Dr is at the heart of FL and I've had nothing but issues.

Came in for a 2:30 appointment it is now 5:23 and I'm still sitting in the waiting room. The receptionist at the front window had the worst attitude ever. She keeps cutting me off and doesn't seem to care that I'm still waiting after 3 hours. I have a chronic issue and at this point I feel like my time was wasted. The other representative had to step in and take over the conversation because she seen that the previous representative was absolutely unprofessional she at least apologize for my extremely long wait time. I would not recommend this place only reason why I'm still here is because I'm in that much misery and I've already wasted and invested this much time sitting if you have a chronic issue I wouldn't recommend coming here .. You're better off going to the ER

Absolute abomination. Never even made it in, I've been in pain for almost two months, and the doctors can't move forward until a scan is done and these people are only concerned about the $150 copay. The lady was so rude and wouldn't stop talking over me when I asked if she could just bill me in 30 days. It's christmas people.... No heart, no compassion, why on earth would you people be in the medical field if you don't want to help people!?!
