I recently moved to Walnut Creek and needed to find a new dentist. Dr. Patel and his team were amazing! Very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Patel was very thorough and communicative with everything he was doing. I could tell that he really cares about me and my well being. I’m very happy I found his office, and that he’s my new dentist. Highly recommended his office.

Dr Patel is a wonderful and patient Dentist. I have been seeing him for many years as well as my family. What I really appreciate about him is that he will never push me to make hasty and drastic decision for my oral hygiene; he will always provide options to me and ensure I understand the options. Dr Patel has amazing bed side manners and his staff is fantastic... Specifically Tiffany. She has been with him for years and every year when I go for my cleaning, I am greeted as if I am family.

I had my first appointment at Diablo Pacific Dental Group today, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Their service was quick, professional, and extremely personable. Each staff member gave a clear verbal walkthrough of what would happen with the procedures before they began. I would recommend Dr.Patel and his dental practice to anyone looking for a dentist!

All the staff working Diablo Pacific Dental Group are all SO friendly, light on their feet...courteous, and professional! I really appreciated how they all go out of their way to inform you and make you aware of every single procedure needing and intending to be done on your teeth-- before Dr. Patel commences. They are also very diligent and conscientious like that as they go over your Billing. On top of all that, Dr. Patel is a true professional and extremely highly skilled and adept at what he does as a dentist. He also goes the extra mile and discusses issues and advises related to your personal health issues and background. He's very thorough and exacting! I highly recommend this Dental Office for your dental needs!

I had one appointment here. It was to reattach a crown that had fallen off. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time, then I waited in the dentist chair for another 45 minutes. Dr. Patel finally came in and was extremely callous. Told me he wouldn’t do it, and that I might need “insert insane amount of expensive work here”. No apologies for waiting 2 hours for him to tell me he wouldn’t do it. He’s not the dentist to go to if you are insecure about your teeth at all. Long story short, I got a second opinion and it was no problem for them to put it back on, and they didn’t make me feel bad about it. My suggestion is to not go here if you want to find a nice dentist who will work with YOU rather than for their own agenda. Dr Patel has zero manners, and
