Dr. Mary Rodriguez Ziccardi and her entire team of nurse practitioners and pharmacists are truly phenomenal. I have congestive heart failure (CHF) and have experienced many setbacks, symptoms, and hospitalizations over the years. Throughout this entire journey, they have been nothing short of exceptional. There are no long wait times, their explanations are clear, and their medication management is precise and thoughtful. Most importantly, they always give me honest, compassionate updates about where I am in my progression with CHF. I deeply appreciate everyone at this heart center. They demonstrate genuine empathy for the limitations and challenges that come with living with a terminal condition like CHF. Their support has made a tremendous difference in my care and my quality of life.
