First three visits were very good. Today I sat and sat in a very crowded waiting room for an hour and a half. Typical RGV cattle call medicine where they have ZERO respect for the patients and just overschedule everything. They don't have any consideration for the waiting time and conditions. As an immunocmpromised individual it is scrappy to have to sit in a VERY OVERCROWDED area.

At this time i can't say anything positive about this physician office. I had a medical consult with him on apri,l 3 moths later i still can't get 2nd appointment to get my diagnosis.

I been trying to get medication from this place for two weeks to be reviewed and approved to my pharmacy. No call backs, no updates, nothing. Just excuses and nothing. You claim to wanna help but you have been denying this.

I have always had wonderful experiences with physicians at DHR, unfortunately I just had one encounter with Dr. Khabbazeh that has impacted me so negatively that I have chosen to post a review and notify every possible DHR stakeholder to make them aware about my experience. Dr. Zuka Khabbazeh is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She has no business working in a profession that requires compassion and empathy towards others. I waited 3 months to see her and she neither introduced herself when she walked into the room nor allowed me a few minutes to explain the reasons for the visit, instead abruptly cutting me off while I was attempted to walk her through my medical history.
