I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with DHG Medical Center. Nearly every appointment I’ve scheduled has been rescheduled, and not by a few days. I’ll wait a full month for my visit, only to have it pushed weeks out again with no urgency or concern for my time or health needs. Recently, when I needed support for a medical issue, I called repeatedly over the course of two weeks. I kept being told different things and promised call-backs that never happened. At one point, I was even given information that turned out to be incorrect. The office manager was disrespectful, ended the call abruptly, and provided no help, completely unprofessional. Dr.Martinez and Dr.Alvarez are great listeners, really make sure you are completely satisfied with their care before ending the visit. Absolutely recommend this location The staff are very attentive, and very friendly.

Absolutely terrible experience. I had a telemedicine appointment scheduled for 9:30 AM. The front desk called me at 9:15 to take payment—no problem there. But then I waited over an hour for the doctor, who never showed up during the scheduled time. I finally disconnected the call at 10:35 AM. The doctor didn’t bother to call until 10:50, with no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Completely disrespectful of my time and incredibly unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone to do telemedicine.
