D&G Smile II, Laser Dentistry

I brought my daughter here when she was just a week old to have her ties released. As a new mom, I trusted them. They charged me $1000 upfront, making it seem like I’d be reimbursed after she had gotten her insurance. After calling multiple times, I only got under 200$ back. That alone was upsetting, but what’s worse is what I’ve learned since. A year later, I found out they completely missed her buccal ties. No one explained that we should have been working with a therapist before and after the procedure to help her mouth movement. Now my daughter is struggling with extreme eating issues, and the damage is so much harder to fix because she’s older. This experience has been heartbreaking. Dr. Aziz and the dental assistant were truly amazing. They went above and beyond to help me through my anxiety and fear surrounding dental procedures. Their compassion, patience, and understanding made a world of difference. I had avoided dental work for years due to severe dental anxiety, but because of the care I received, I’ve already scheduled a cleaning within the next two weeks. An excellent experience overall—10 out of 10 at D&G Smile.

I cannot say enough good things about this dental office! I take all three of my children here, and every visit has been a positive experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure my kids feel comfortable and at ease. My youngest had a tongue tie revision, and I was nervous about the procedure, but the team was so patient, explaining everything and making sure we were all comfortable every step of the way. The procedure went smoothly, and the follow-up care has been wonderful. Highly recommend to any family looking for a caring, skilled, and truly family-friendly dental practice.
